A TOWN faces a new battle over plans to process incinerator ash from

The forum will hold a meeting tonight in the White Hart pub to plan their response.The original planning application by MVV included plans for facilities to process the bottom ash from the energy from waste plant being built in Plymouth and for a materials recycling facility to process construction and demolition waste.MVV said its proposals were in line with the Devon waste plan.
